I've just read about a tool that tells you who edited articles on Wikipedia! Not who in person, but the organisation their IP address comes from.
It just goes to show no matter how noble an endeavour there is always some malcontent in the background trying to meddle and interfere.
The site is offline at the moment until the interest wanes, but check it out when it gets back online.
