RTE makes sweeping statement

I just saw the news on RTE that unemployment figures for june have risen. Notice the accompanying picture.

Are RTE saying that unemployed people shop in LIDL?

Now maybe because they are in D4 and the shops there stock Ivory Backscratchers, they don't realise that normal people don't all shop in Superquinn!
